1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Nails & Glue (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The marketplace

Nails & Glue is a marketplace that connects clients with independent nail and hair artists ("Artists"). We are not a party to any booking, service, or transaction between clients and Artists. Artists are independent professionals responsible for their own services, pricing, licensing, and conduct.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

4. Artist listings and fees

Artist listings are offered on a paid subscription basis. Fees are disclosed at checkout and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Nails & Glue a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and promote that content in connection with operating the Service. You must have the rights to any content you upload.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to post unlawful, infringing, harassing, or deceptive content, to circumvent fees, to scrape data, or to interfere with the Service's operation.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee bookings, income, results, or the conduct of any Artist or client.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nails & Glue is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any amount exceeding the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose risk to the Service or its users.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
